Stress Management is sometimes easier than you may think.

Over many years, I have realised that sometimes just stopping long enough to take three deep breaths can help you to handle some difficult situations much better than if you try to go on without relaxing. So try it now. Take a long deep breath in, hold it for a moment and just let the tension in your body go as you exhale. Repeat that two more times.
